- 5 oz. commercial grapefruit juice / grapefruit soda

- 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz. 2:1 simple syrup
- 2 oz. club soda
Add ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Alternatively, the recipe can be doubled and served in a highball glass with a straw.
In Jamaica, J. Wray and Nephew Overproof rum mixed with Ting grapefruit soda is supposedly called a Stingray.
