The same light rum as Gannet, aged in an ex-bourbon oak barrel for at least one year, then infused with baking spices and flavourings. These complement the flavour and aroma of aged rum and taste great with cola.
The Gadwall is featured on the label because it’s a bird I see mostly during its fall migration. Fall also happens to be popular for “spiced” beverages. The artwork was produced by Laurel Mundy on commission (2021) and was inspired from a photograph taken at the Sackville Waterfowl Park in Sackville, New Brunswick.
