- 1.5 oz Brandy (try Winegarden Estate Johnny Ziegler 5 yr)
- 0.75 oz. Cointreau
- 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
Shake ingredients in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into coupe glass. No garnish.
This 2:1:1, spirit – curaçao – citrus ratio is standard for “Daisy” type drinks. Sidecars don’t typically have simple syrup but I feel it makes a more balanced drink.
