Carroll’s Distillery is a small distillery specializing in rum. All spirits are produced completely on-site using only Crosby’s brand fancy molasses, with exception to the vodka being sourced from a bulk supplier. Products are only available on-site at 2289 King George Hwy, Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada and from this webstore. Webstore purchases can be delivered anywhere in Canada.
Carroll’s Distillery shares a building with Carroll’s Bakery. The bakery staff, however, is not trained in spirits. Tours are only available by appointment.
